2nd Annual Building Thinking Classrooms Conference

New to Building Thinking Classrooms?
Sign-up to attend the Pre-Conference workshop from 2pm – 5pm on June 30th. Attendees will engage with members of the BTC team to build a strong foundation in BTC principles in preparation for the 2-day conference.
Venue & Lodging Information
The BTC Summer Conference will take place at the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, AZ. Arizona Biltmore is considered to be one the “1000 places to see before you die” with its 7 beautiful pools, 2 18-hole golf courses, retail shops, and full-service resort services.
Lodging is not included in the conference registration fees.
- The Arizona Biltmore Resort is offering a discounted conference rate on their hotel rooms and suites, starting at $159/night (plus applicable taxes and fees).
- The link for booking with the discounted rate will be available soon at the conference website: https://buildingthinkingclassrooms.eventsmart.com/lodging/.
- Conference rates will be valid on bookings both a few days before and after the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Attendees using the Invoice option to complete registration do not have a reserved seat until payment has been received.
- Attendees who cancel their registration by June 1, 2024 will receive a refund of 95% of the Registration Fee.
- After June 1, 2024, attendees who are unable to attend the conference can transfer their registration to an alternate attendee. The transfer of registration must be submitted in writing to conference@azmathleaders.org.
